-When a bicycle comes into the shop, we will advise the customer on the work needed. With your approval, we will repair it.

-In the event bike needs other work once in the service area, we will re-estimate the repair and call you. If you want the older parts, ask us to save them for you. We only replace parts if necessary and with your approval.

-There's a 45-day warranty for adjustments on the service ticket. There is no charge. However, if one does not return to the shop, we cannot resolve the issue.
